1. Hizmet
Woshion; kıyafet kombinleri için yapay zekâ ve (isteğe bağlı) profesyonel modacı değerlendirmesi sunan sosyal bir stil platformudur. AI yorumları eğlence ve ilham amaçlıdır; profesyonel tavsiye niteliği taşımaz.
2. Hesap
En az 13 yaşında olmalısın. Hesabının güvenliğinden sen sorumlusun; kuralları ihlal eden hesaplar askıya alınabilir veya kapatılabilir.
3. İçeriğin
Yüklediğin içeriğin hakları sende kalır. Herkese açık paylaştığın içerikleri, platform içinde gösterim ve tanıtım (ör. “Haftanın Vitrini”) için bize sınırlı, geri alınabilir bir lisans verirsin. Sana ait olmayan görselleri yükleyemezsin.
4. Satın almalar
Premium abonelik ve dijital içerik satın almaları App Store / Google Play üzerinden yapılır ve mağazaların iade politikalarına tabidir. W-Puan gerçek para değildir, devredilemez ve iade edilemez.
5. Yasaklar
Topluluk Kuralları bu koşulların parçasıdır. Tersine mühendislik, otomasyonla erişim ve güvenlik sistemlerini aşma girişimleri yasaktır.
6. Sorumluluk
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur; kesintisizlik garanti edilmez. Zorunlu tüketici hakların saklıdır.
7. Uygulanacak hukuk
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku; Uşak mahkeme ve icra daireleri yetkilidir. Sorular: legal@woshion.net

1. The Service
Woshion is a social style platform offering AI and (optionally) professional stylist critiques for outfits. AI reviews are for entertainment and inspiration; they are not professional advice.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 13. You are responsible for your account’s security; accounts violating our rules may be suspended or terminated.
3. Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload. For content you make public, you grant us a limited, revocable license to display and feature it within the platform (e.g. “Showcase of the Week”). Don’t upload images you don’t own.
4. Purchases
Premium subscriptions and digital purchases go through the App Store / Google Play and their refund policies. W-Points are not money, are non-transferable and non-refundable.
5. Prohibited use
The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. Reverse engineering, automated access and circumventing safety systems are prohibited.
6. Liability
The service is provided “as is”; uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
7. Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts of Uşak have jurisdiction. Questions: legal@woshion.net
